1. 11-19 – Buckley Family revocable Trust, Francis J. Buckley, Jr., Trustee – 84 Grassy Hill Road – repair approximately 50’of the existing retaining wall along Rogers Lake to eliminate any soil erosion.

building within 100’ of the wetlands.
4. 11-16 – Donald S. Brodeur – 64, 66, 68 Gorton Ave- Placement of large boulders
along eastern property line.
5. 11-17 – Essex Savings Bank – 101 Halls Road – Replacement of the existing
parking lot and curbing.
6. 11-18 – John T. Shinkle - 1 Clarks Lane – Modification of the Vegetation on
the property.
